Instructions

Cook Bacon & Onion:

In a skillet, cook bacon and onion over medium heat until the bacon is crisp (about 8–10 minutes).

Drain the bacon mixture well on paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, hash browns, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and Swiss cheese.
