These Bunny Brownies are an adorable, hands-on Easter treat that kids will love to make and eat! Starting with a box of Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix, you’ll cut the cooled brownies into bunny shapes and decorate them with frosting, candy eyes, jelly beans, and sprinkles. A super fun Easter activity and dessert all in one!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
  • 1 tub Betty Crocker™ Vanilla Frosting
  • Bunny-shaped cookie cutter
  • Jelly beans or pink candies (for noses)
  • Candy eyeballs
  • Sprinkles or colored sugar
  • Optional: Mini marshmallows or shredded coconut for texture

Instructions

  1. Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions in a 9×13-inch pan. Cool completely.
  2. Cut out bunny shapes using a bunny face cookie cutter. Gently remove from the pan.
  3. Decorate: Spread or pipe frosting on each brownie. Add candy eyes, jelly beans for noses, and sprinkles for flair.
  4. Optional: Use mini marshmallows or coconut for ears or cheeks!
  5. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate before serving.

Notes

Get creative with decorations! Kids can customize their own bunny face. Use white chocolate or colored candy melts for a different base.
