Description

This No-Bake Easter Jell-O Pie is a fun, fruity, and creamy dessert! With just a few ingredients, it’s an easy, make-ahead treat perfect for Easter and spring celebrations


Ingredients

– 1 pre-made graham cracker crust – 1 box (3 oz) Jell-O gelatin (any flavor) – β…” cup boiling water – Β½ cup cold water – 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed) – Whipped cream & sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

1. Dissolve Jell-O powder in boiling water. Stir in cold water and chill for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened. 2. Gently fold in Cool Whip until smooth. 3. Pour into graham cracker crust and spread evenly. 4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. 5. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.

Notes

– For a layered look, use different Jell-O flavors, allowing each layer to set before adding the next. – Make individual servings with mini graham cracker crusts. – Add lemon zest for a citrusy twist.
