Ingredients
Chicken & Marinade:

2 lbs chicken (tenders, thighs, or breasts), cut into chunks

½ tsp pepper
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

1 stick unsalted butter

8–10 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup grated Parmesan

1 tbsp hot sauce

2 tsp red pepper flakes

⅓ cup fresh parsley
Wooden skewers (soaked 30 mins)
Instructions

Prep chicken and soak skewers. Toss chicken in olive oil + spice mix.

Thread chicken tightly onto skewers.

Make sauce: melt butter, stir in garlic, flakes, hot sauce, parsley, Parmesan.

Air Fryer: 400°F, 12–14 mins total, flipping & basting.

Oven: 450°F, bake 14 mins, broil 2 mins.

Grill: Medium-high heat, 5–6 mins per side, basting.
