Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are ultra-juicy, flavor-packed bites of chicken basted with a rich garlic-parmesan butter sauce. They’re easy to cook using your air fryer, oven, or grill, and perfect for parties, game day, or weeknight dinners.

Chicken & Marinade:

  • 2 lbs chicken (tenders, thighs, or breasts), cut into chunks

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick unsalted butter

  • 810 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • ⅓ cup fresh parsley

Wooden skewers (soaked 30 mins)


Instructions

  • Prep chicken and soak skewers. Toss chicken in olive oil + spice mix.

  • Thread chicken tightly onto skewers.

  • Make sauce: melt butter, stir in garlic, flakes, hot sauce, parsley, Parmesan.

  • Cook (choose method):

    • Air Fryer: 400°F, 12–14 mins total, flipping & basting.

    • Oven: 450°F, bake 14 mins, broil 2 mins.

    • Grill: Medium-high heat, 5–6 mins per side, basting.

  • Finish with reserved garlic butter + extra Parmesan.

Notes

  • Use grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce.

  • For bolder flavor, let chicken marinate longer.

  • Keep extra garlic butter warm to drizzle before serving.
