For the Brownies:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- ½ cup salted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup salted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp heavy cream (adjust for desired consistency)
For the Strawberry Shortcake Crumble:
- 20 Golden Oreos (about ½ standard package)
- 4 tbsp strawberry gelatin
- 4 tbsp salted butter, melted

Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8-inch glass baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.

Make Brownie Base:
- In a large bowl, mix together strawberry cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and strawberry gelatin until well combined. The batter will be thick—don’t worry, that’s perfect!
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Bake:
- Bake for about 25 minutes, until the brownies are set and slightly firm to the touch.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before frosting.

Prepare Frosting:
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the powdered sugar and beat until well-combined.
- Add heavy cream as needed to reach a smooth, fluffy consistency.

Spread Frosting:
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled brownies, making sure it’s evenly distributed.

Make Crumble:
- In a food processor, pulse Golden Oreos until coarsely crushed.
- Add strawberry gelatin and melted butter, then pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

- Sprinkle the strawberry shortcake crumble evenly over the frosted brownies, pressing down gently so it sticks.

Notes
